It has marvellous and unbeatable location in Mayfair district so close to Browns for afternoon tea many times, wonderful shops, shows, galleries, museums and restaurants, and the restaurant. The hotel has airy and huge rooms with a tea and overall design, for instance.

having last stayed there over 30 years ago , it was good to see that nothing much had changed on the ground floor ; the bedroom was very comfortable and we were particularly pleased to be upgraded .

Excellent location with very good and charming staff. Our room was excellent with a luxurious bathroom. A good lively bar and breakfast was first class.
Our stay was spoilt by the fact that internet access is not included and the hotel (which charges high-end prices) was demanding £15 per day to connect. If this charge is not removed, I would not stay there again.

During my three-night stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service. The staff displayed kindness and professionalism throughout our time there. The breakfast options were fresh and delicious, catering to diverse tastes. I did notice that the TV channels were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing for relaxing evenings after a busy day exploring. it was a lovely experience concentrated around a special occasion in the city.
